Feedback and complaints
We want to hear what we're doing well and where we can do better. Giving feedback or making a complaint will never affect your support.
How to give feedback or make a complaint
You can contact us in whatever way suits you. Someone else, such as a family member, friend, advocate or support coordinator, can also contact us for you.
Phone 0450 908 610 (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm)
Email admin@totalmanagedcare.com.au
Or tell your support worker, and they'll pass it on.
What happens next
- We acknowledge it. We'll let you know we've received your feedback or complaint.
- We look into it. We'll talk with you to understand what happened and what you'd like to see happen.
- We let you know the outcome. We'll explain what we found and what we'll do about it.
- We learn from it. We use feedback to improve our services.
We'll treat your feedback fairly and confidentially.
